Purchase Process
If you are interested in putting a $500 reservation fee on a future puppy or purchase of a currently available puppy, we ask that you please call us, we would like to get to know you, and you to know us, so we can match the puppy that best fits you, and answer any questions that you may have.
Once you have committed to put a reservation on a puppy, we will send you the contract to preview. After you have previewed and agree to the contract, we will send you the filled out contract with your information as well as the puppies specific details. We will only hold a puppy with a reservation fee and signed contract. We accept payments through PAYPAL, Zelle, or VENMO
The $500 fee is non-refundable* and is included in the total price of your puppy.
Reservation fees may be transferred to the next available litter, but used within one year of the date of original chosen litters go home date. Can be transferred one time only.
Balance is due by pickup day. Payment options now available - We are now able to provide a couple of new payment options for the remaining balance. With PAYPAL there are payment options, AND, We have also signed up with STRIPE, which offers payment plan options through KLARNA, AFFIRM, and AFTERPAY. If that is an option you are interested in, please ask about it on our phone call. (There are some fees involved with payment options)
For any transportation away from the farm, balance must be received 24 hours before puppy leaves the farm.
Selection
We like to have you wait until the puppies are six weeks old as this is when their personalities really start to show. But we encourage you to reach out and start the process. Ask the questions. Get to know about the puppies and their parents. Get to know us. And let us get to know you.
This will help ensure you and your puppy are the best match possible.

Ways to get your puppy
1. Pick up your puppy at Heavenly Hilltop Farm in Charlo Montana
2. You can fly to Missoula airport and we will personally deliver your puppy to the airport, to meet you, at no additional cost.
3. We can personally deliver your puppy within a 6 hour drive of Heavenly Hilltop Farm at no additional cost.
4. We can personally fly and deliver your puppy to your nearest major airport.
Only cost of flight and airline pet fee from Missoula airport will apply.
This option is only available usually between 8-10 weeks old as the puppy needs to fit comfortably in a carry-on pet carrier.
American Airlines pet transportation service.
Transported by airline employee in designated cabin area. Flat fee $700+
This service is not available at every airport. Please inquire. Will require a health certificate which requires a vet visit. Please give us plenty of time to plan, if this is the option you prefer to use. It is usually reserved for when a puppy is too large to fit into the soft carry on carrier.

CONTRACT DETAILS-
Non-Refundable Deposit*/Balance Due: The buyer will pay the seller a $500.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. This is nonrefundable, unless the puppy has a pre-existing condition that has been identified prior to 30 days to placement at the pets new home. The deposit will be held until the puppy is old enough and ready for pick-up. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours before puppy delivery date, if we are transporting, OR at pick up, if you are meeting at the farm. *Deposit may be transferred to the next available litter, OR, needs to be used within one year of the date of the original chosen litters go home date. Can be transferred one time only.
Veterinary Appointment/Vaccines/Deworming: Puppies will have a vet wellness check at 7 to 8 weeks old. And they will have had a series of deworming treatments. Dr. Jean Dodds Vaccine protocol recommendations will be provided. Puppies will have a FiNano Microchip inserted before leaving for their new family.
3. Payment: Deposit for the pet will be paid by PAYPAL, VENMO or ZELLE.
CASH, VENMO, or ZELLE can be used at pick up.
4. Pick-up: Our home is where you will pick up the puppy unless other arrangements are made.
5. Warranties and Refunds: Puppies will have vet wellness visit before leaving to their new home at 7 to 8 weeks old. If there are any issues with the health of your puppy you will be immediately notified. Also, if there is an issue with the puppy that is at any fault of the breeder you will receive a full refund, IF you see a vet within three (3) days after pickup. The breeder will request proof and a second opinion. This does not include cocci, giardia, or any other parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies. Full payment will be given back if puppy is returned to the breeder for proven genetic problems (testing and vet report required as proof)
Breeder cannot guarantee the puppy's size, color, or temperament after the buyer has taken possession of the puppy.
Buyer is responsible for all transportation fees of puppy.
Breeder is not responsible for the future health of the puppy once it leaves the breeders home.
Breeder is not responsible for veterinarian bills or any other bills once the puppy leaves the Breeder's home.
Buyer releases breeder from any and all liabilities and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people.
Buyer agrees, that If, for any reason, the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the breeder must be notified first. The breeder has the right of first refusal and may choose to take back the puppy &/or assist in rehoming. NO REFUND will be provided unless agreed upon by both parties in writing. Please do not take any of our puppies to a shelter or rescue facility.
6. Paperwork: All puppies will come with veterinarian checkup report/receipt, Health records, and Registration Records
